Shipping Fees

• Hong Kong & Macau: Free SF Express delivery for orders over HK$500. A HK$30 shipping fee will be applied to orders below the minimum amount.

• Taiwan: Free SF Express delivery for orders over HK$500. A HK$68 shipping fee applies to orders below the minimum. Due to the regulations, full name and Taiwan National ID number of the recipient are required for customs clearance.

Delivery Coverage

delivery in Hong Kong does not cover:

• Buildings under compulsory COVID testing or quarantine

• Quarantine centres

• Non-fixed addresses

• Frontier closed areas

• Outlying islands

• Warehouses

• Locations requiring access via balconies rather than stairs

• Restricted zones including: Lamma Island, Peng Chau, Cheung Chau, Mui Wo, Pui O, Cheung Sha, Tong Fuk, Shui Hau, Shek Pik, Po Lin Monastery, Tai O, and areas inaccessible to trucks
  
  

Delivery Service Details

We use SF Express for delivery to both commercial and residential addresses.

If any incorrect delivery information results in delays or additional charges, we will not be held responsible.

For delivery issues after dispatch, please contact SF Express at (852) 2730 0273.

Delivery services may be suspended or delayed due to weather, traffic, regional, or other factors. We will rearrange delivery times accordingly and reserve the right not to provide further notice.

Upon receiving your package, please check your items. If any product quality issues arise, we can arrange an exchange within 7 days.
