7-Day Return Guarantee

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:

• The item was received within the past 7 days.

• The item must be unused and in the same condition as when received.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging.

• All complimentary gifts (including gift cards) must be returned with the product. Otherwise, the retail value of the gifts will be deducted from the refund.

• A valid receipt or order confirmation email must be provided with the return.
  

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions. Please note that shipping fees related to the return will not be refunded.

All shipping costs associated with returns (both sending and receiving) are non-refundable.
